INGREDIENTS:
8 Market Day Chic’NSteakes
1 lb Market Day Super Sweet corn
1 15-oz. can kidney beans or black beans
1 10-oz. can Rotel tomatoes undrained (your choice mild or hot)
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 packet of Ranch dressing mix

DIRECTIONS:

Drain and rinse the beans. Place Chic’NSteakes at the bottom of the slow cooker, then pour over frozen corn Rotel tomatoes, and your choice of beans on top of chicken.

Top with seasonings and ranch dressing mix. Stir together.

Place cream cheese block on top. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

After the cooking time is over, take chicken breasts from slow cooker, shred and add back to the chili. Stir together and enjoy!
