ChicNSteakes must cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF measured at the center of the thickest portion using a calibrated meat thermometer. REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PACKAGING Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. FROZEN: 24-26 minutes; THAWED: 18-20 minutes. Grill: Preheat to medium. FROZEN: 15-20 minutes; THAWED: 7-10 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Pan-Fry/Sautee: Coat pan with cooking spray or oil. Preheat pan to medium heat. FROZEN: 10-12 minutes; THAWED: 7-9 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Product will be hot. Allow to stand 1 – 2 minutes before serving.

The best chicken you can get!!

ChicNSteakes are the best! It has been several years since I had them as our school stopped doing Market Day. I was very pleased when I found I could order directly from the website and have it delivered. Great taste, perfect portion size, tender and tasty.

My wife and I have been customers for over 30 years we got hooked on market day from our kids in a private school which sold market day for fund raising Our kids are grown and married now but we still order from market day to still support the school and we absolutely love your products especially the chicken it’s the right size and great quantity foods
