INGREDIENTS
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
6-8 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 stems fresh rosemary, leaves stripped from stems and crushed
2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves, crushed with fingers
1 Tbsp. sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill to medium.
Combine salt, basil, rosemary, thyme, garlic and pepper thoroughly in a small bowl. Rub the herb mixture over both sides of pork chops to cover well.
Place your herb basted pork chops on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes, about 4 minutes for each side (adjust the cook time depending on heat of grill). Pork is done when a meat thermometer inserted into the center reaches 145°F. Keep the lid closed on the grill for a juicer pork chop. Once grilled to perfection you place it over your favorite stir-fry veggies.
