6 - 6 ounce center-cut boneless pork chops. 2.25 lb. box.
1 package Market Day Chops, thawed
1 teaspoon olive oil or olive oil spray
Salt & pepper to taste
GRILLING: Preheat gas grill or preheat charcoal grill until coals are white and hot. Brush pork chop portions with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Place portions on grill and cook for 4 to 6 min., turn once, and grill an additional 4 to 6 min. until done when internal temperature of 165ºF.
OVEN: Same prep and bake at 400ºF for 8 min. or until internal temperature of 165ºF.
STOVE TOP: Pan sear, do same prep and repeat grilling instructions until done to internal temperature of 165ºF.
I again have ordered these and glad they are back and they are perfect size for individual or thick enough you can cut in the center and do a small stuffed pork chop but so many different ways to prepare but all are good.
