INGREDIENTS: [for 2 servings, multiply for more servings]
6-8 Market Day Chic'NSteakes breast (diced)
1 cup Market Day Broccoli Florets (chopped)
1 cup your favorite peppers, bell, sweet, multi-colored
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
STIR-FRY SAUCE
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
 
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl
2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add chicken stirring until almost cooked
3. Pour sauce in pan and stir to coat the meat
4. Once the sauce is bubbling, add the veggies to the pan and stir again to coat
5. Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.
