INGREDIENTS
- 6 Market Day Krispy Cod
- 6 white tortillas
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 c. pre-made pico de gallo
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat Market Day Krispy Cod per bag directions. Once brown and crispy, take out and set aside.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha
- Now it's time to assemble. Place a taco on a plate and top with 1 piece of Krispy Cod. Spoon on a tbsp of the pico de gallo and drizzle on a little of the sriracha mayo.
- Repeat until you have filled all 6 tacos, then serve immediately.
