INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Market Day Krispy Cod
  • 6 white tortillas
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 c. pre-made pico de gallo

DIRECTIONS:

  • Heat Market Day Krispy Cod per bag directions. Once brown and crispy, take out and set aside.
  • Mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha
  • Now it's time to assemble. Place a taco on a plate and top with 1 piece of Krispy Cod. Spoon on a tbsp of the pico de gallo and drizzle on a little of the sriracha mayo.
  • Repeat until you have filled all 6 tacos, then serve immediately.
