INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. Krueger Italian Sausage, de-cased

½ cup butter

2 c. chopped celery

1 med. onion, chopped

½ c. red bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

12 c. unseasoned bread stuffing, cubed

½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced

1 teaspoon fresh chopped sage

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

4 c. chicken bone broth

2 eggs, lightly beaten

DIRECTIONS:

1. In large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.

2. Remove from skillet; set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter.​

3. Add the celery, onion, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir over medium heat until tender.

4. In a very large bowl, combine the cubed stuffing, sausage, celery mixture, cheese and seasonings.

5. Add broth and eggs; toss to combine.

6. Spoon into a buttered 3-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
