INGREDIENTS
2 Lbs. Market Day Broccoli (thawed & drained, or pat dry)
2 Cups Craisins®
¾ Cup diced red onion
10 strips of Market Day Uncured Thick Cut Bacon (cooked and diced)
1 cup Sunflower seeds (optional)
½ Grated carrots
DRESSING (Whisk together)
2 Cups mayonaise
2 Tbsp. Sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Toss thawed and well drained broccoli with dressing. (broccoli can be thawed overnight in fridge in a strainer & plate works well or thawed broccoli can be spun in a salad spinner too). Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
