Preheat 2 tablespoons of your favorite oil in non-stick skillet. Put 2 cups of rice into skillet. Cook for 4 minutes while continuously stirring.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Evenly spread desired amount in oven safe dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes continuing to stir every 15 minutes. Times will vary depending on the amount to be baked.
On seam side of bag, punch 6 holes. Place seam side up and microwave high for 18. minutes. Caution: steam can cause burns, handle with care.
