A staple of many cuisines, including Puerto Rican, Dominican and Mexican cooking, saźon is a blend of spices, and when translated from Spanish, it simply means "seasoning." But theres an inherent complexity to saźon, with its unique blend having evolved across cultures and adapted to local palates and tastes.
ChicNSteakes must cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF measured at the center of the thickest portion using a calibrated meat thermometer.
REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PACKAGING Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. FROZEN: 24-26 minutes; THAWED: 18-20 minutes. Grill: Preheat to medium. FROZEN: 15-20 minutes; THAWED: 7-10 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Pan-Fry/Sautee: Coat pan with cooking spray or oil. Preheat pan to medium heat. FROZEN: 10-12 minutes; THAWED: 7-9 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Product will be hot. Allow to stand 1 – 2 minutes before serving.
