Our Market Day Chocolate Lava Cakes are made to satisfy your cravings. Made with creamery butter, real semi-sweet chocolate, cocoa powder, whole eggs and cake flour, it tastes like the best birthday cake you've ever had. Then there’s the treat waiting inside… small-batch chocolate ganache, made with whipping cream, semi-sweet chocolate, creamery butter and shortening. Our Molten Lava Chocolate Cakes are fully baked and frozen fresh. They can be quickly re-heated in a microwave or conventional oven restaurant quality desert, in the matter of minutes!
Heat from frozen. Preheat oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Remove cake from packaging. Please cake on baking sheet and position in center of oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 1 minute before serving, remember the chocolate fudge is very hot.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS). Heat from frozen. Remove cake from packaging. Place cake on microwave-safe dish. Heat on high 50 to 60 seconds, or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 1 minute before serving,
