Tender. Good meat
The flavor of this pot roast can't be beat. We have enjoyed it two nights with potatoes and carrots. I cooked the potatoes and carrots separately from the pot roast and served them together. The flavor of the meat enhanced the potatoes and carrots, and when I reheated it the second night I put it all in the same casserole dish. We have one serving left and would both like to have it. We will definitely order this product again. It didn't need any additional seasoning.
I've ordered this when i use to go to the actual schools to order and am so glad that they have it online for me to order again. I've ordered 2 right off as so I can plan a big family dinner with it. All I do is add in some baby potatoes and carrots and add about a cup of water with some salt and pepper (onions) if you want, cover it and cook it for about an hours and it is soooooo tender and good and that gravy multiplies and with some home made rolls you'll be in heaven.
