Must cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF measured at the center of the thickest portion using a calibrated meat thermometer.
REMOVE PRODUCT FROM PACKAGING
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. FROZEN: 24-26 minutes; THAWED: 18-20 minutes.
Grill: Preheat to medium. FROZEN: 15-20 minutes; THAWED: 7-10 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Pan-Fry/Sautee: Coat pan with cooking spray or oil. Preheat pan to medium heat. FROZEN: 10-12 minutes; THAWED: 7-9 minutes. Turn every few minutes as necessary to avoid burning. Product will be hot. Allow to stand 1 – 2 minutes before serving.HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKEN TENDERS
