Bosco Mozzarella Sticks

OVEN: (recommended); Preheat over to 350-F (for best results, thaw before baking). Place wrapped sticks on a baking sheet. Thawed- Bake 12-14min Frozen- Bake 20-22min. Let stand for 2 minutes. MICROWAVE: Microwave on high. Thawed- 35-40sec Frozen- 55-60sec. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. CAUTION: FILLING MAY BE HOT!

Ingredients: Crust: Flour blend [Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme, folic acid), Whole wheat flour], Water, Sugar, Corn oil, Dough conditioner (soybean oil, mono and diglycerides, soy shortening flakes), Salt, Yeast, L-cysteine. Mozzarella Cheese: pasteurized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes. Topping: margarine [natural oil blend (soybean oil, palm fruit and canola oils), water, salt, mono and diglycerides, potassium sorbate, natural butter type flavor (soybean oil, natural flavors), artificial butter flavor (soybean oil, artificial flavors), lactic acid, vitamin a palmitate and beta-carotene]. Topping with Cheese: parmesan cheese [(pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose (added to prevent caking), potassium sorbate (added to protect flavor)], corn starch, salt, dehydrated garlic, not more than 2% silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
