INGREDIENTS:
1 bag Market Day Frozen Mango, thawed
2 cups of favorite greens - mixed, romaine
½ cup cashews - whole or chopped
Balsamic vinaigrette or your favorite dressing
Optional: add olives or diced carrots for different twist of flavor.

DIRECTIONS:

Rinse your greens and set aside. Take out your Market Day Fancy Grade A Mango Chunks to thaw while preparing chicken. Bake/Grill or Pan sear ChicNSteakes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let ChicNSteakes stand for 10 minutes, then chop into cubes. (This helps the chicken hold the flavor and not drain juices on plate)

Take a large bowl and start by adding the greens with chicken cubes and mangos on top. Drizzle your favorite dressing and top with cashews for that special crunchiness and enjoy this fantastic salad.
