2 Cups Market Day Shredded Chicken
1/2 Cup of your favorite mayonnaise
1 Stalk of Celery - Chopped
Your Favorite Herb/Flavor: 1 Green onion, or Chive, or Red Onion (diced)
1 Teaspoon of dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon fresh dill - if desired
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2) Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3) Serve as a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and whole wheat bread.
